  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We offer shipping primarily using USPS with tracking information provided for all orders.
  • We may use other shipping carriers as needed.
  • International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties.
  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
  • If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Team Reeds LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Returns & Refunds

At Team Reeds LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Please check the product description before purchasing.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  • Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Team Reeds LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds will be subject to a 5% restocking fee unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and a 5% restock fee. If the desired item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
